ReSwipe
ReSwipe is the project we entered into Race to Rethink Plastic. The motto we set for this project was "Starts here, Ends here". Although our community engages in basic recycling, our campus has fallen short of having an impactful program. ReSwipe will educate the community and campus on the recycling process, and we are investigating, in this beginning phase, ways for our team to collect plastic bottles and transform them into recycles products. Our goal is to take the plastic used on our campus and create ID card blanks. In a broader sense, we will be recycling plastic and creating something that is used by everyone on our campus.
